Weight: 11 st 9.4 lbs
Weight loss: 1.6 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.6 lbs in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 37.6 lbs in 260 days

Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 egg mayonnaise sandwich; 2 mini onion bhajis; 1 mug of tea

Snack: cheese and onion crisps; diet coke

Dinner: fish, chips and mushy peas; glass of wine

Verdict: Was pleased with that, but then today went pear-shaped (courtesy of a few beers at a beer festival), so not expecting great things tomorrow.
