Weight: 11 st 11.6 lbs
Weight gain: 0.6 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1 lb in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 35.4 lbs in 254 days

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast and vegemite

Lunch: tuna mayonnaise sandwich; cheese and onion crisps

Snack: grapes; 2 biscuits; mug of tea

Dinner: jacket potato and lasagne; rhubarb crumble and ice cream; pint of cider; glass of wine

Verdict: Not unexpected, and today probably won't help.
