Day 241 - 242

Weight: 11 st 8.4 lbs
Weight gain: 1.2 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.2 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 38.6 lbs in 241 days

Day 241:
Breakfast: 0.5 bagel and philadelphia; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; lemsip
Lunch: 3 slices of bread; tuna mayonnaise; egg mayonnaise; 1 mini twix; cup of tea; lemsip
Dinner: 1 beanburger; chocolate chip cheesecake; diet coke; lemsip

Day 242:
Breakfast: Mornflake oat crunch; lemsip
Lunch: 1 chocolate digestive; 2 mugs of hot chocolate
Dinner: baked beans on toast; pancakes

Verdict: That was a nasty surprise - today was mostly spent on a train though, and dinner wasn't very diet friendly, plus tomorrow will probably be worse . . .
