Weight: 11 st 9.4 lbs

Breakfast: 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt with a handful of cranberry wheats; lemsip and honey

Lunch: chicken slices and mayonnaise; greek yoghurt and honey; diet pepsi; lemsip and honey; mug of tea

Dinner: salmon galette omelette; greek yoghurt and honey; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine

Verdict: That's better!
