Day 250

Weight: 11 st 10.4 lbs
Weight gain: 1 lb
Weight gain this week: 0.4 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 36.6 lbs in 249 days

Breakfast: 1 toffee mullerlight yoghurt and handful of Mornflake oat crunch; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: cheese and onion crisps; 1 orange chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; 1.5 pints of perry

Dinner: popadoms; chana massala; saag paneer; mushroom pilau rice; glass of wine (or 2)

Verdict: Ho hum - and then there was curry . . . .
