Day 253

Weight: 11 st 10.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0.4 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.6 lb in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 36.4 lbs in 252 days

Breakfast: 1 slice of toast and vegemite; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: veggie burger and chips; diet coke

Snack: chocolate cake; cup of tea

Dinner: chip butty; glass of squash; glass of wine (or 2)

Verdict: Not the best of weeks, and then today was hardly the best of days.  Got a few days off now, but will be good next week!
