Day 248-9

Weight: 11 st 9.4 lbs
Weight gain: 0.8 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.6 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 37.6 lbs in 248 days

Day 248:
Breakfast: sultana danish; 1 mug of tea
Lunch: cheese and spring onion sandwich; sweet chilli crisps; sultana danish; water
Dinner: smoked salmon scrambled egg on toast; potato wedges; glass of squash; glass of wine (or 2)

Day 249:
Breakfast: banana; mug of tea; 4 biscuits
Lunch: 2 small sandwiches; mini quiche; 3 mini welsh rarebits; 1 mini donut; 2 biscuits; orange juice
Dinner: prawn and vegetable noodles; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Haven't really been trying  . . .
