Lunch: cup-a-soup; 2.5 slices of bread and margarine; 1 mug of tea
Snack: apple toffee pudding and cream; mug of hot chocolate and brandy
Dinner: leek and potato soup; 2 slices of bread and margarine; glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Well a bit better I suppose - not sure that I'll maintain it tomorrow!
