Day 256-9

Weight: 11 st 10.4 lbs
Weight loss: 1.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.2 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 36.6 lbs in 258 days

Day 256:
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast and lemon curd; 1 mug of tea
Lunch: butternut squash ravioli; garlic bread; slice of pizza; diet coke
Snack: shortbread biscuits; cup of tea
Dinner: cheese sandwich; apple pie; pringles; glass of cider; glass of wine

Day 257:
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast and lemon curd; 1 mug of tea
Lunch: carrot and coriander soup; bread roll and butter
Snack: bakewell tart; cup of tea
Dinner: beef szechuan; chicken satay; lemon chicken; egg fried rice; chips; prawn crackers; pint of cider; glass of wine

Day 258:
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast and bovril; 1 mug of tea
Lunch: egg mayonnaise sandwich; apple cake / carrot cake; diet coke
Dinner: roast new potatoes; pepperoni pizza; coleslaw; pint of cider; glass of wine; glass of port; mint chocolates

Day 259:
Breakfast: 1 mug of tea
Lunch: cold chicken; sausage; mashed and roast potatoes; carrots, sprouts and peas; yorkshire pudding; apple pie and custard; glass of wine
Dinner:  oat crunch, greek yoghurt and honey; glass of port

Verdict:  Had a few days away and have been pretty much ignoring the diet - all in all pretty pleased with the outcome - have actually lost something anyway.  Did eat far too much lunch today though, so tomorrow's weigh-in may not be quite so good.  Back to diet proper soon though.
