Day 251

Weight: 11 st 9.2 lbs
Weight loss: 1.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.8 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 37.8 lbs in 250 days

Breakfast: 1 mug of tea

Lunch: winter vegetable soup; bread roll and butter; apple and elderflower punch

Snack: cream slice; hot chocolate

Dinner: beans on toast; bread and vegemite; 1 cherry chocolate vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash; glass of wine (or 2)

Verdict:  A bit better anyway!
