Day 266

Weight: 11 st 8.6 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 2.4 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 38.4 lbs in 265 days

Breakfast: 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt with a handful of cranberry wheats

Lunch: cheese savoury roll; diet coke;

Snack: bara brith; jam tart; mug of tea; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: beans on toast; bacardi and diet coke; glass of port

Verdict: Was expecting something like that, today hasn't exactly been diet friendly but didn't eat too much of what I did eat so hopefully will retain at least some weight-loss tomorrow.
