Weight: 11 st 10.6 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.4 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 36.4 lbs in 262 days

Breakfast: 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea; 1 mug of white hot chocolate

Lunch: barbecue chicken slices; 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; diet pepsi; crisps (lots of)

Dinner: salmon steak; oat-bran galette; glass of wine

Verdict: Bit disappointed with that.
