Breakfast: Mornflake oat crunch; mug of tea

Lunch: cheese and spring onion sandwich; baked cheese and onion crisps; 3 mini cakes; 1 digestive; 1 mug of tea; pint of diet coke

Dinner: fish and chips; glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Well I suppose it was a loss - ate too many chips tonight though.
