Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: cottage cheese omelette; mug of tea
Dinner: beef, carrot and potato stew; vanilla yoghurt; glass of squash
Verdict: That's one and a half stones gone - yay! Did indulge in potatoes today - not many - just a very small selection from the garden (got to do something with them) - so hopefully that won't affect tomorrow's weight-loss too much.
