Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt
Dinner: boiled rice; 8 chips; 6 prawn crackers; orange chicken; chicken with mushroom in black bean sauce; chicken with cashew nuts; beef satay; 1 small glass of red wine; pint of squash
Verdict: Disappointed with the level of weight-loss still, especially going in to today's planned over-indulgence - had hoped for a little more to cushion me tomorrow. The Chinese was really nice, did try to cut back - boiled rice rather than egg-fried, and kept my portion sizes down (I think) - the red wine was nice too! We'll see what that means for tomorrow - hope it doesn't put me too far over the 13 st mark again!
