Lunch: pack of flame-grilled chicken slices; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Dinner: prawn galette; cottage cheese; strawberry yoghurt; diet coke
Verdict: What can I say - darn it. Must be philosophical. Don't feel like it's worth taking a photo, given that I've only lost 2.8 lbs in the last 2 weeks, so am going to leave it until next week at least.
