Day 43

Weight: 12 st 12.4 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.8 lbs in 7 days (week 6)
Weight loss to date: 20.6 lbs in 42 days

Breakfast: 1 summer fruits yoghurt; glass of water

Lunch: pack of flame-grilled chicken slices; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke

Dinner: prawn galette; cottage cheese; strawberry yoghurt; diet coke

Verdict: What can I say - darn it.  Must be philosophical.  Don't feel like it's worth taking a photo, given that I've only lost 2.8 lbs in the last 2 weeks, so am going to leave it until next week at least.
