Dinner: salmon steak; oat-bran galette; diet coke; small glass of red wine
Verdict: So nice to see the scales go down properly - feeling really motivated, especially as I found I could get into some trousers that were too tight a few weeks ago! Finished the wine that was leftover from Saturday - hopefully that won't upset things for tomorrow.
