Dinner: Prawn and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; 1 apricot mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash
Verdict: Pleased enough with that - consolidated yesterday's loss hopefully. Getting awful close to that 2 stone weight-loss.
