Weight loss to date: 20 lbs in 46 days
Breakfast: 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt
Lunch: 2 slices of brown bread; egg mayonniase; chicken salad; grapes; glass of water
Dinner: turkey and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; glass of squash
Verdict: Well at least the weight gain wasn't unexpected - and I still came in below the 13 st mark. Hoping to lose some of that extra pound tomorrow, despite the work buffet!
