Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: chicken slices; scrambled egg and cottage cheese; cucumber and quark salad; mug of tea
Dinner: teriyaki salmon; oat-bran galette; 1 apricot mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash; small glass of wine (yes really!)
Verdict: That's definitely more like it! Especially after yesterday's indulgence - the glass of wine was very large, and got topped up when we opened a second bottle . . . Did do my 10,000 steps though. Weighed in a bit later than usual, so may see some of this go back on tomorrow - hoping that I won't gain more than 0.4 though, so I'll at least make 2 lbs for the week. Only 1 lb to go and I've lost 2 stone . . .
