Dinner: Smoked salmon and green bean galette omelette; glass of squash
Verdict: Hurrah - 2 stones lost! The question is whether having cereal for lunch will scupper this tomorrow - got a cold at the moment as well and haven't done much in the way of exercise either. We'll see . . .
