Time for a photo-check - here's Day 1 to Day 57 - must say I feel quite pleased with that - you can't really see it here, but the trousers only just stay up now!
And what did I eat today?
Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Dinner: 2 home-made beefburgers; oat-bran galette; glass of squash
Verdict: Not too unhappy, despite having put some weight on (did have a lot of cucumber yesterday and maybe my body is hanging on to all that cucumber water content) - all in all pleased with a 3.4 lb weight-loss - wish every week was like this! Walked in to work today so got some good exercise so hopefully the weight will soon come back off again. And of course - the photos are very inspiring! Still a long way to go, but I can see the results - I don't wear those trousers any more, and have liberated 4 pairs of trousers / shorts from the too small / tight drawer. Hopefully week 9 will at least make my 2 lb target - although I do have a work buffet to face tomorrow . . .
