Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Lunch: pack of flame-grilled chicken slices; vanilla yoghurt; diet coke
Dinner: home-made turkey and cottage cheese burgers; oat-bran galette; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash
Verdict: Little disappointed at only having lost 0.2 lbs this morning - was hoping for better. Especially given that this is not going to be a good week for the diet - we've a family dinner tomorrow night (Chinese takeaway) - there's another work buffet on Friday - and finally we're having that celebration curry (for having made it below 13 stone / 17 stone) on Saturday. At this rate I'm going to be back above 13 stone by then!
