Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; hot chocolate
Lunch: 2.5 slices of bread; egg mayonnaise; tuna mayonnaise; prawn salad; cottage cheese; chicken and roasted vegetable kebab; 1 small iced sponge cake; grapes; glass of water
Dinner: turkey and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; vanilla yoghurt; glass of squash
Verdict: Pleased with the weight-loss, takes me back to where I was a couple of days back. Work buffet lunch today - over-indulged by one sandwich and the cake - oh and succumbed to the hot chocolate as well. There was more of everything so did impose some self-restraint!
