Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Dinner:2 home-made turkey burger; small portion of boiled potatoes from the garden; vanilla yoghurt; glass of squash
Verdict: Wow - wasn't expecting today's weigh-loss. Beginning to think it's all too good to be true. Have a feeling I might put some on tomorrow, but we'll see - just to long as it isn't much won't be too unhappy.
