Day 44

Weight: 12 st 12.4 lbs
Weight loss: 0 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0 lbs in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 20.6 lbs in 43 days

Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt

Lunch: 2 slices of wholemeal bread; 1/2 slice of white bread; tuna mayonnaise; roasted veg; egg mayonnaise; glass of water

Dinner: pack of grilled chicken slices; carrots and reduced fat houmous; vanilla yoghurt; diet pepsi

Verdict: Very early start this morning - before 5am - so not displeased with a static weigh-in.  Meeting in London today so was faced with the dreaded buffet - well just sarnies on this occasion, managed to restrain myself.  Late train back again - got my food courtesy of M&S at Birmingham station - succumbed to the carrots and houmous.  Overall a very long day (got in at 23:45) - hence the late blog entry.
