Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; diet pepsi
Dinner: chicken and vegetable casserole; oat-bran galette; glass of squash
Verdict: Feeling a bit miffed - it seems a bit like 2 steps forward, 1 step back at the moment - and I've been doing my 10,000 steps each day this week . . . Just need to stick with it I suppose.
