Weight: 12 st 9.4 lbs
Weight loss: 0.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 2.4 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 23.6 lbs in 52 days

Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water

Lunch: pack of flame-grilled chicken pieces; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke

Dinner: chilli chicken; onion bhaji galette; glass of squash

Verdict: Maintaining that weight-loss - hoping for more!
