Breakfast: 4 seafood sticks; mug of tea
Lunch: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash
Snack: oat-bran galette; fried egg; tomato sauce
Dinner: 1 mini onion bhaji; 1 forkful of chicken chaat; saag paneer; chana massala; boiled rice; 1/2 naan; 1.5 pints of cider; 2 bacardi and diet coke; 2/3 bottle of red wine
Verdict: Had hoped to lose a little more but never mind - did weigh myself later in the day (after a snooze) and I was down below 12 12 so it may all just have been timing . . . Of course the subsequent indulgence isn't likely to help. Did enjoy my curry, and a few drinks, although should perhaps have stopped ourselves having another glass of wine when we got home.
