Day 68, 69 and 70

Been 'away' visiting family, so no weigh-in data - will see what the morning of Day 71 brings!  What did I eat - well lots of things I shouldn't, although did try to be restrained about it . . .

Day 68 (Friday 27 August)
Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: Courgette and parmesan tart; rocket salad; roasted pepper and aubergine; more tea
Snack: 1 slice of bara brith and a smidgeon of Flora Buttery
Dinner: Oven chips; steamed fish fillet; peas, baby sweetcorn and green beans; glass of squash; glass of wine

Day 69 (Saturday 28 August)
Breakfast: 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: Cold chicken; coleslaw and bean salad; oat-bran galette; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt and stewed plums; mug of tea
Dinner: Pate and toast; venison sausages, chips and veg; half a cider; 2 glasses of wine

Day 70 (Sunday 29 August)
Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: Cold chicken slices
Dinner: Chicken and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; diet pepsi; glass of wine
