Breakfast: 4 seafood sticks; strawberry yoghurt; glass of water
Lunch: 2 seafood sticks; 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Snack: 2 seafood sticks
Dinner: smoked salmon omelette; home-made potato rosti; glass of squash
Verdict: Can't say I'm unhappy with 0.6 lbs weight loss this week - given the indulgence at the weekend. Did have some potatoes from the garden today but it didn't amount to more than 2 smallish examples so hopefully that will be ok. Here's hoping for a good week of weight loss ahead!
