Day 55

Weight: 12 st 7.8 lbs
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 4 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 25.2 lbs in 54 days

Breakfast: 4 seafood sticks; mug of tea

Lunch: tuna omelette; cottage cheese; tomato sauce; mug of tea

Dinner: chilli prawns; oat-bran galette; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash

Verdict: Well that takes me to 4lb for the week, and hopefully demonstrates some consolidation of the weight loss as well.  Still 2 days to go though . . .
