Day 51

Weight: 12 st 11.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.2 lbs in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 21.4 lbs in 50 days

Breakfast: 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water

Lunch: 4 seafood sticks; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash

Dinner: chicken and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; glass of squash; small glass of red wine

Verdict: Not displeased, it's at least another weight-loss.  No problems sticking to the diet - only had the wine because it was leftover from Saturday - and made it a small glass at that.
