Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: Bowl of oat cereal with banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; diet pepsi
Dinner: Chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; diet pepsi
Verdict: More weight-loss - guess the cereal didn't do too much harm, although today I do think I had a little more than I should have.
