Lunch: cottage cheese omelette; wafer-thin roast chicken; mug of tea
Dinner: chicken curry; onion bhaji galette; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Verdict: Was checking out the salt content in some of this today - and the processed wafer-thin chicken proved a little hefty on the salt front - unfortunately so did the seafood sticks . . . Bought some less salty chicken for future meals anyway, and will just have to watch the seafood stick intake!
