Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; cup of tea
Lunch: 2 slices wholemeal bread; egg mayonnaise; cream cheese; ham salad; chicken and vegetable kebab stick; 1 mandarin; handful of grapes; water
Dinner: turkey and vegetable casserole; oat-bran galette; strawberries and vanilla yoghurt; diet coke
Verdict: Yet more temptation in the form of another work meeting lunch - more or less restrained myself - did have some fruit, and broke a corner off a chocolate biscuit thingy. Otherwise, while I haven't quite got down below that 13 st point yet, my BMI now officially places me in the merely 'overweight' rather than 'obese' category!
