Breakfast: scrambled egg and smoked salmon; mug of tea
Lunch: pack of barbecue flavoured chicken pieces; diet coke
Dinner: oat-bran galette with smoked salmon and a teaspoon of light mayonnaise; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Verdict: We were out for the day and didn't end up eating lunch till gone 3pm, so weren't really hungry for dinner. Hit 3 lbs so happy with that - hopefully a little bit more to come off tomorrow - 12 st-something is looking might close!
