Lunch: pack of flame-grilled chicken slices; 2 seafood sticks; vanilla yoghurt; mug of tea
Dinner: chicken and onion 'curry' stir-fry; onion bhaji galette; 1 pineapple and peach mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash
Verdict: No weight-loss today :( Hoping it's all down to water-retention or something, and that it'll pick up soon. Made the effort to do an hour's exercise (a wet day so got on the Wii-Fit and did my 10,000 steps).
