Lunch: greek salad; strawberries / raspberries and natural yoghurt; mug of tea
Dinner: stir-fried chicken, mushroom and pepper, with an oat-bran galette; strawberries and a vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash
Verdict: Well at least I lost something - still on track for a 2 lb weight-loss overall.
