Day 19

Weight: 13 st 5.4 lbs
Weight loss: 0.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.8 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 13.6 lbs in 18 days

Breakfast: 1 apricot mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash

Lunch: greek salad; strawberries / raspberries and natural yoghurt; mug of tea

Dinner: stir-fried chicken, mushroom and pepper, with an oat-bran galette; strawberries and a vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash

Verdict: Well at least I lost something - still on track for a 2 lb weight-loss overall.
