Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea
Lunch: 2 chicken drumsticks; salad vegetables; teaspoon of mayonnaise; glass of water
Dinner: home-made beefburger; oat-bran galette; tomato sauce; diet coke
Verdict: Faced my first real challenge today - the temptation of a really lovely looking work buffet (pizza; samosas; bhajis; sausage rolls; real crisps; sandwiches) - wavered over the bhaji, but stood firm in the end. Otherwise, a little disappointed with a mere 0.2 lbs weight loss, especially as I did so much walking yesterday. Hoping for better tomorrow.
