Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: 10 seafood sticks (that was at least 2 too many); 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Dinner: turkey and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; strawberries and vanilla yoghurt; diet coke
Verdict: There was cake in work today - did cut myself off a mouthful - it was very nice. There was also left-over buffet - had 4 crisps - they were very nice. It's rained all day - I don't think that helps - some nice stodgy hot carbohydrate just seems really appealing at the moment.
