Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: tuna and onion omelette; 4 seafood sticks; glass of squash
Dinner: stir-fried prawns and onion; oat-bran galette; cottage cheese; glass of squash
Verdict: Miffed that I haven't lost anything at all today - but I guess that's the way it goes - will just have to keep with it and hope for better results tomorrow.
