Breakfast: oat-bran galette and cottage cheese; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: wafer-thin chicken and salad; mug of tea
Dinner: chicken and mushroom stir-fry; strawberries and vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Verdict: Beginning to get a bit sick of eggs for breakfast, although a galette and cottage cheese is rather bland - the yoghurt was nice though. Don't know what I'd have done without the good old mullerlight yoghurt on this diet - although I know I should avoid the fruit ones if possible. Otherwise enjoyed my food - did have a teaspoon or so of the strawberry jam I made this evening, but it wasn't much!
