Day 18

Weight: 13 st 5.8 lbs
Weight loss: 0 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.4 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 13.2 lbs in 17 days

Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: wafer-thin chicken and salad; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke

Dinner: stir-fried prawns and oat-bran galette; strawberries and greek yoghurt; glass of squash

Verdict: Disappointing that I didn't lose anything - but then I didn't expect much after yesterday - I suppose at least I didn't put anything on!
