Day 37

Weight: 12 st 13.2 lbs
Weight loss: 1 lb
Weight loss this week: 1 lb in 1 day
Weight loss to date: 19.8 lbs in 36 days

Breakfast: strawberry yoghurt; glass of water

Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; vanilla yoghurt; diet coke

Dinner: home-made beefburgers; oat-bran galette; strawberry yoghurt; glass of squash / diet coke

Verdict: Well there we go, assuming it stays off, have just lost the equivalent on last week's weight-loss in a single day!  Here's hoping for more of the same tomorrow : )
