Breakfast: 1 apricot mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 slice wholemeal bread; egg mayonnaise; 6 tortilla crisps; 2 mouthfuls of cake; cup of tea
Dinner: home-made beefburgers; oat-bran galette; diet coke
Verdict: Guess the temptation was too much - had put yesterday's weight-loss back on this morning : ( More temptation in the form of a retirement 'do', succumbed to a couple of sandwiches and slivers of cake (did have half an hour walk uphill to get there!). Really hope I can lose something tomorrow.
