Here's the four-week photo - think there's a waist beginning to emerge somewhere, although there's a long way to go. The trousers still stay up - for now at least!
And what did I eat today?
Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; glass of water
Lunch: 2 celery sticks (ugh!); small lump of cheese (maybe 30g); melon, seedless grapes, apple slices; glass of water
Dinner: chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt
Verdict: Temptation at lunch-time again today - another nice looking buffet - resisted the sandwiches, although did succumb to a small quantity of cheese to take away the taste of the celery (I'd forgotten how much I dislike it). Didn't eat much when all is said and done, so hopefully the cheese and fruit won't have too much of a detrimental effect.
