Breakfast: 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Lunch: wafer-thin chicken and salad; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Dinner: stir-fried chicken with mushrooms, onion and pepper; oat-bran galette; 1 toffee mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash; diet coke
Verdict: Really pleased with today's weight-loss, although I did weigh myself nearly two hours later than yesterday, so I don't know if that made any difference - tomorrow may be disappointing!
