Day 40

Weight: 12 st 12.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.6 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 20.4 lbs in 39 days

Breakfast: mug of tea

Lunch: fried egg and wafer-thin chicken; vanilla yoghurt; glass of squash

Dinner: chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; strawberry yoghurt; glass of squash / diet coke

Verdict: Pretty pleased with that - at least it's looking relatively positive for the 2 lb target this week.
