Lunch: wafer-thin chicken and salad; diet coke
Dinner: pan-fried salmon fillet with a teaspoon of light mayonnaise; oat-bran galette; diet coke
Verdict: Steady weight-loss - don't think I'll do a weigh-in tomorrow though as it'll feel like the middle of the night when I get up and I'm bound to show a higher weight than I would do at my normal time. Will just record a zero - watch for tomorrow's blog to see how I cope with the temptation of sandwiches!
